products. It is not recommended to cook acidic food in aluminum
pots or pans. |
Aluminum:
Aluminum foil will disintegrate and leave a metallic flavor
on acidic foods. When wrapping acidic foods in foil to cook,
use wax paper as a buffer to protect
the food from the aluminum. |
