As an avid traveler I have learned that common items such as
paints, aerosol cans and propane tanks can be very dangerous
when transported by air. With few execptions, items qualifying
as hazardous materials are prohibited in checked and carry-on
baggage. The failure to correctly ship hazardous materials by
air may result in a fine or even imprisonment.
Since 9/11, it has never been more important to be aware of
what you can and cannot transport by air. So take some time
to click on (cas.faa.gov)
and go to the FAA's website to learn more about shipping hazardous
materials by air. You can also click on (www.tsa.gov)
and visit the TSA's website to check out the list of items such
as knives and razor blades, that will not be allowed in aircraft
cabins.
Travel safely, and thank you.
