In a mixing bowl, add
butter and allow it t become softened.

Use a fork to blend in
the seasonings and herbs.

Remove the butter onto
a piece of waxed paper and roll into a cylinder.

Refrigerate of freeze
cylinder-shaped butter.

Cut off pats, as you
need them.
Note: It is best to place the
compound butter on freshly grilled hot items. |
