Asian Marinade for Flank Steak

Marinade for 12 to 18 oz. Flank Steak

1 cp. Soy sauce

1/ 2 cp marmalade

2 cloves garlic chopped

1 tsp. Ground fresh ginger

2 scallions chopped

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place pre- marked Flank steak in marinade for one-hour before grilling. To mark Flank steak cut strips like lattice on both sides of meat. Do not cut to deep, it should only be surface marks.

Cedar Board cooked Salmon

2 - 8 to 10 oz. Piece of salmon.

Cedar boards should be 10 inches wide

Soak boards submersed in water for 24 hours.

1/ 2cp Balsamic vinegar

2 tblsp. Dijon mustard

2 tblsp. Honey

Mix ingredients well. Place Salmon in marinade for one-hour before cooking

Marinade for Grilling Vegetables

This marinade is ideal for grilling of any vegetable. Lets veggies sit in marinade for one-hour before grilling. This recipe will make enough for a large
bowl of veggies.

1 cp. Olive Oil

1/ 2 good Balsamic vinegar

4 cloves Garlic chopped

10 nice size Fresh Sweet basil leaves chopped

Salt and pepper to taste.

In blender add all ingredients and blend. Pour over veggies.

Walnut Pesto ( very garlicky)

1/ 2cp. Walnuts

½ cp. Olive oil

1/ 2cp grated reggino

5 cloves garlic chopped

25 to 30 large fresh basil leaves.

Put all ingredients in food processor and mix….use spatula
to work down off sides.

Keep refrigerated covered with thin coat of olive oil. ( keeps it from browning)

Beer can cooked Chicken

Buy a nice roasting Amish Chicken

Ideally seasoning is mine on home page of adventurechef.com I created specially for poultry. If you don’t use this then salt and pepper will work fine.

Look for a beer holder unit you can find them at Target stores. Follow direction on the label very simple. HAPPY GRILLING.
